Sierra Vista Hospital is proud to welcome Kellye Foster as Sierra Vista Hospital & Clinics Director of Provider Services. As such, Kellye is taking on a significant role – managing the staff and services of Sierra Vista’s Rural Health Clinic as well as the Walk-In Clinic and Behavioral Health Services.

In his new role, Zach will be using a variety of patient-feedback tools in addition to direct patient feedback via his email, desk phone, and in-person conversations. He is also focusing attention on developing patient-centric best practices and setting goals to help meet and exceed patient-satisfaction industry standards.

With advances in technology and the growing need for healthcare regulations, compliance programs today are essential for hospitals and the patients they serve, which is why SVH hired Lisa as an internal consultant. Her consulting role, which will become a permanent position mid-year, is to develop compliance, risk, quality, and contract systems.

With responsibility for infection prevention and employee health, Bettina Fitzgerald and her team, which includes an LPN and CMA, keep an ever-watchful eye on the health and wellbeing of Sierra Vista Hospital & Clinics staff and patients. Their vigilance in meeting the highest level of staff and patient standards goes beyond the hospital, helping to sustain a healthier community overall.

SVH is pleased to announce that Susanah Sivage, HR Assistant, has taken her career to the next level by completing her HR Generalist Certification. Her training covered everything from FLMA, labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEOC), and safe and healthy work environments (OSHA) to policies and procedures. The course also included leadership training, coaching, and mentoring.
